I hired Ms. Mroczek to help me with the custody of my son. My ex-husband moved directly behind me without notice and was trying to obtain 50/50 custody of my son and reduce his child support. Ashley really took the time to research/understand the background of my case and as a result, the judge did n...ot grant my ex-husband 50/50 custody of my son and a schedule that was best for my son was determined. she failed to get me reasonable visitation, she failed to get me custody, she made me pay for the time it took to pay over the phone for credit card, yes, this is true, I called her to pay with a credit card, and I got a bill from her for the amount of time it took her assistant to take my credit car...d info over the phone, she will charge you for every second of her time. She did not prepare for my case, and she did not ask specific questions that I had asked her to ask, she failed to question my ex wife's attorney.

Ms Mroczek was outstanding in my son's child custody case. She came to us highly recommended. Our biggest fear was that the court would be more biased to the mother. She really listened to all concerns and demonstrated sincere interest in what was best for the child. Anytime new information was pr...ovided, she would act on it immediately.
