OUTCOME: Settled in Mediation after extended litigation

Husband and wife rear ended in significant collision in Washington. Husband had significant spinal injuries and wife was killed. Four vehicles involved in the collision. Shortage of insurance. We f ... iled suit and proceeded with discovery. Case ultimately went to mediation with 12 separate claimants. We were able to recover a substantial amount for our clients even though available insurance was limited. We were able to significantly reduce the medical bill liens with provided additional fund for our clients.
