Tori is Amazing

I would like to start off saying that without the help of Ms Bramble, I would be lost and confused, and probably still stuck in the same situation. Tori is amazing. She is a counselor, mentor, coach and cheerleader. Tori is empathetic to the needs of her client and is quick to understand what is... going on and to provide the best advice at the right time. I feel like Ms Bramble has had my back through this recent event and represented better than I could have thought. When a simple eviction process became more complex. Tori was able to adjust to the changing situation promptly and with ease.
