Biography
Samuel is the newest addition to the Carrell Blanton Ferris team. A native of Whitinsville, Massachusetts, he graduated from Santa Clara University with a degree in Economics before earning his Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
Coming from a family of attorneys, Samuel has been inspired by the impactful work they do in their communities. Observing the positive differences they make in clients’ lives has fueled his desire to pursue a legal career. The family values that were instilled in him guided his choice into trusts and estates law, where he assists individuals and families in achieving their estate planning goals.
Samuel has diverse internship experience at law firms and legal departments across Massachusetts, California, and Washington DC, gaining valuable insights into various legal fields, including real estate transactions, estate planning and administration, immigration, and entertainment law. This broad exposure allows him to approach trusts and estates matters with a well-rounded perspective.
Recently passing the Virginia bar, Samuel is excited to begin his professional career in the Fredericksburg Office. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, playing bass guitar, cheering on his Boston sports teams, and exploring all that Fredericksburg has to offer.
