Definitely would not recommend this guy
I too was told I had a deal to find out after there would also be 6 months of Prohibition I would have to complete on top of everything.

Dont trust what he tells you he just wants your money doesn't care about you.
He lead me to believe that he had a deal worked out to only pay a certain amount of restitution so I took the deal then found out 2 years later that they had agreed on 5 times more than we had agreed to and now I still have to pay which I never would have agreed to he is on the prosecutions side and ...
