He may not have any bad reviews but he should. Mr. Small owned Rio Four dollar auto washes and I now see they have changed hands. I was a loyal customer at Rio until one day when the system malfunctioned. All cars in the bay were honking horns to get someone's attention with no avail. After a f...ew minutes the system picked up the car behind me and hit the back of my car 3 times. It continued by pushing my car into the car in front of me in the same manner. I was panicked, and concerned about the damage. After leaving the bay I proceeded directly to the office, employee and I both took pictures of the damage and I filled out an accident report. I was denied so I took case to small claims court. Mr Small moved case to circuit court because most average people don't know the different laws. I presented my case and was denied on a technically. Even the judge seemed angry at that but his hands were tied. Jeff Small found a way to legally cheat his customers and won. I know he lied because the court date was set the same day I was to have surgery. I went to the courthouse in pain and on crutches attempting to change the court date. I needed a hip replacement and fought so hard to get the date changed until I found a clerk who worked with me. Mr Small refused to change the date or even talk to me so the clerk called him. I was told he was in San Diego but the clerk of the court talked to him in the office immediately following my phone call. He was insulted when I called him a liar, but was obviously in the office the whole time (unless he could fly from here to San Diego in 20 min. He lied, legally found a way to cheat customers, and I am still angry at the damage his business caused to my beautiful !mustang. I know it's not right to try and get revenge, but I feel Mr. Small will pay for his dishonesty.
