Enter the actual amounts from your 1040 if you have filed. If you didn't make any money then say 0. Your son will have some positive numbers...

Not good idea. Wait until the extension is approved. Then your new employer can transfer your H1B. Consult company's attorney .

When you get a job then ask the company to transfer your H1B. Once you get married you file for EAD, it's free anyway. Congratulations!
