Did not know the subject matter area and charged me while she was learning it. Failed to negotiate what should have been an easy negotiation because she wasn't good at negotiating. Poor phone demeanor and client skills, didn't represent the case well and seemed to continuously end up on a road leadin...g to spending more money. After dimissing her I found an attorney that settled the matter in 20 hours. She spent 100 hours making a bad situation worse.
