Biography
A life-long resident of Alexandria, I am a prinicpal in one of the top Alexandria firms, Land, Carroll & Blair, located in Old Town Alexandria, a stones throw from the Alexandria Courthouse doors. Our firm is a highly respected general practice firm. My personal practice involves civil and criminal litigation in all federal and state courts in Northern Virginia. I have been told that if I have fault, it is that I often care too much for my clients. I become consumed by their difficulties. As I see it, we all have our problems. As a lawyer I feel it is my responsibility to help clients overcome those problems whether it is unraveling a business dispute, seeking just compensation for damages resulting from negligent acts, or protection against the state's overwhelming police powers.
