Mr Drake went above and beyond his duties on my husband's removal proceedings. Our case was a very difficult case and we have been in court removal processing for 11 years! We have had 2 other lawyers that we not able to handle the load of our case. Mr Drake was always available to answer any questi...on I have had over the years. I do not believe any other lawyer could have won our case. Yesterday the DHS attorney gave up the case and my husband is now a lawful permanent resident. I used Mr. Drake for my immigration Visa (H1-B). My case was very complicated from the beginning and the chances of my case getting approved was very low. However, Mr. Drake assisted me with all the legal help. He was very upfront about my chances and didn't give me any false hope. He assured me that... he would do his best to get my case approved. I followed all the steps during this process. I had to return to my country to get my Visa stamped (this was an issue with my case - i had to leave the country and come back to work on my H1B Visa). I was stuck in my country for more than 9 months before they approved my case. Mr. Drake did everything possible to make sure that they would approve my case.
