Less talk more results please

Collier's methods are problematic at best. In his mind he is being creative but in reality this attorney takes you on a ride which was likely avoidable and highly recommended against by any respectable professional in his practice area. The entire time we worked with him, he tried to soothe us with h...is words, rather than delivering results. His knowledge on certain matters was lacking and in some areas we found him to be downright wrong. Had I known better we would never have retained Dan's services. Would not recommend for any family law related work.

Fantastic communications skills!

Got a chance to use Dan to resolve some delicate family legal issues. Dan was a pleasure to work with, has a deep knowledge of family laws and is a no non-sense professional. He stayed in touch throughout the 6-month+ process and his follow-up was impeccable. Thank you Dan!

Competent, kind and went the extra mile

Dan Collier helped me obtain successfully a Kinship Care Affidavit for my niece. This enabled her to enter public school at the same time as her classmates. He was careful, explained the options, and replied to my questions on tight schedules, often after hours. I can't recommend him more highly.

Excellent lawyer

Mr. Collier is a professional lawyer and most importantly he is a good man. Having him working on my case was the right decision.

would not recommend

Daniel's lack of ethics is reckless and disturbing. He ended up creating more strife and antagonism in my case than was necessary, while charging for superfluous and unnecessary engagements. His "calm demeanor" is reassuring initially, but it soon becomes obvious that he's simply interested in sendin...g you those consultation fees.
