Jay Martin McDannell

I was introduced to Jay McDannell, Esq. by Lee Berlik, Esq. I was having issues with my contractor who I hired to do a few updates to my condo. My contractor ended up not providing the service and Jay McDannell guided me through the Arlington Court System and helped me with the Warrant in Debt. My... contractor was served and he is now paying me monthly for the renovation service that was not completed. Recently, Jay helped me negotiate a Release Agreement from a past employer. He was able to get the company to agree to more favorable terms for my departure. His attention to detail is superb and he supports and fights for his clients 100%. If I had to do it all over again, I would want Jay on my side.
