I was on 6th year on my initial H1B, when I had to change employer. I have had a challenging case when my employer applied for PERM Labor certification for me as my visa was expiring a few months after, but Rajiv and his team worked it out to avoid having my husband and I be out of status. Rajiv Khanna and associates are helped me in my Green Card processing since Nov 2015 and recently they did an excellent job to clear my I-140 approval. I have completed 3 years on my initial H1B. My employer applied for extension but it was denied saying Specialty occupation not met. My I-94 has expired and I was out of status.
