Rajiv Khanna and associates are helped me in my Green Card processing since Nov 2015 and recently they did an excellent job to clear my I-140 approval. I have completed 3 years on my initial H1B. My employer applied for extension but it was denied saying Specialty occupation not met. My I-94 has expired and I was out of status.
