I reached out to Rajiv ji after green card denial in Aug’17. Rajiv ji told me that it’s one of the rarest cases he has received and he will make sure to get the best outcome out of it. Rajiv ji himself and his excellent team especially Kunal were on top of the case. They created a very detailed brief... dissecting each and every law which were the basis of green card denial. They did it in a very short span of time with great professionalism and great care to not miss any relevant details. Rajiv ji’s expertise in immigration law made brief for MTR filing so good and compelling that I was very confident that the MTR would be accepted. A year later, the MTR was accepted and green card file was re-opened. I was called for an interview in Sep,18 for the green card application and Rajiv ji accepted my request to accompany me for the interview. The interview went really well with Rajiv ji’s explanation of legal matters to the immigration officer and Immigration officer was having no issues in approving the case. I received an RFE for Supplement J and new medicals and after submitting the response, my green card was approved in Feb,19.
