I have approached Rajiv for an L1A for a small company with a 7 employee presence in the usa.My case was processed with Diane, who was extremely helpfull and very very prompt in her response. They almost responded immediately within the hour.She collected all my info and whenever we thought we need ...a review on the case, a con call was scheduled with rajiv and he would guide us on the issue. Rajiv is very thorough with the application and would only file it when he is absolutely sure.
