Michael Charles Bobrick

With the Army and in private practice have worked across the spectrum of Environmental Law, to include: NEPA, CERCLA, RCRA, Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, Wetlands, Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC, including unexploded ordnance), National Historic Preservation Act, and other issues. Highlights included work in cooperation with the Department of Interior and local communities to establish new National Wildlife Refuges at former military properties in Alabama and Texas.

With the Army have worked to dispose of excess and surplus government property, primarily at installations being closed through the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) process. As a private practitioner, worked with real property development interests.

While on active duty in the Army, served as Chief of Administrative Law for the US Army's 21st Theater Army Area Command (TAACOM) in Kaiserslautern, Germany. Throughout a twenty-year military career served as a designated Ethics Counsel, taught classes, and worked on Freedom of Information Act and other administrative law matters.
