Christian Lapham of Bean, Kinney and Korman, was my divorce attorney. He came recommended from our marriage counselor who worked with him on some Divorce Options workshops in Northern Virginia. Christian was an outstanding advocate for me from the beginning of the divorce process to the end (formal... decree) and even beyond that. He is organized, smart, tenacious, and perhaps most important to me, a great counselor during a time I needed it most, providing guidance, wisdom and support. I felt he provided excellent value, and that become apparent throughout my divorce proceedings, especially in contrast to my ex’s attorney. He also had an impressive understanding of the Fairfax County court system and was very familiar with its judges and workings. I also want to comment on his character: Christian is fair, honest, and kind – not the attributes you typically associate with a great attorney.
