I was arrested in Arlington, Va. and Charlie came highly recommended by several other inmates. I was involved in a very serious accident and charged with DWI and then the victim demanded a large sum of money from me in a civil suit. He always answered his cell phone, emails or texts...at all hours of the day and even Sat and Sunday. I have never met any attorney that makes himself that available to any client. He really cares.
