I used this lawyer for my separation and divorce from my wife and she convinced me to sign a separation agreement that pays my soon to be ex-wife spousal support (an amount equals one third of my paycheck each month) for a period of up to one year. After 6 months of paying spousal support I find ...out that the agreement didn't specify any end date and the spousal support payments are valid until the divorce is final or until my ex finds a full time job. I ended up dropping her immediately as she got me stuck to an agreement which drained my pocket plus having to pay all the lawyer fees. Also, my ex acted as if she was trying to look for a full time job and only got her self a part time job and took advantage of this deal and continued to get spousal support from me for almost two years now.
