Excellent small business & franchise

Excellent on small business issues and franchising. Very experienced on the franchisee side. Has represented some of the biggest. For my small project, was quick and got the result. Patrick is one of the few some practitioners in our area. For that reason he gets a lot of “man bites dog” inquiries wh...o think they need a cheap lawyer - those are some of the other reviews here. Those make for perpetually unhappy folks, who never can actually afford a firm.
