Mr. Greene is born and raised in Virginia, and graduated from James Madison University (Economics) and Washington and Lee University School of Law. Mr. Greene was certified as a mediator prior to attending law school.
Mr. Greene began his legal career spending five years in criminal prosecution, working first in Arlington County, Virginia, and then serving as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for Fairfax County, Virginia. Mr. Greene’s practice focused on victims of violent crime, as he was specially selected to be part of the team focused on sexual assault cases. Mr. Greene gained extensive expertise in trial preparation and advocacy, appearing almost daily in the largest jurisdiction in the state.
Mr. Greene joined RXBK in December, 2020, where he brings his unique blend of financial knowledge, evidentiary expertise, and empathy to his client in and out of the courtroom. He became a Principal in January, 2025.
