Experience also includes adversary proceedings on behalf of creditors and the bankrupt estate arising out of bankruptcies.

Practice includes counseling clients on federal acquisition policies and regulations, compliance matters, bid protests, and claims against the government for both settlements of terminations for convenience and for contract changes for which the contractor is entitled to a price adjustment of the contract.
