OUTCOME: Our client prevailed

I was lead counsel in a multi-year lawsuit against the Defense Security Service who subjected my client to a years-long hostile work environment after she complained about gender discrimination. After ... a week and a half jury trial, the jury found in favor of our client, and then the Court ordered the defendant to realign our client's position so that she no longer had to report to her harassers. Additionally, the Court ordered the agency to submit to the EEOC a formal request for a compliance review of its internal EEO program.
