Just got out of court and the outcome was much better than I expected. I hired Kelly R Dennis for my wife's DWI conviction. This was her 1st conviction and she received a DWI because she didn't take the breath test. My wife's eyes get bloodshot red from 2 beers. Does this mean she's driving whil...e intoxicated? Depends on who you ask, lol, but most of us can operate a vehicle safely off a beer and two shots of soju. I'm not promoting drinking and driving! Remember courts have to be tough on these cases because they have seen a lot of people hurt and even killed. In my wife's case, Kelly was able to get the DWI off her record and more. First, I hope that I have a mention to right person because I only know kelly denise who had 34 years expericensed a criminal lawyer. I hired him for criminal defense and I picked the wrong attorney, because, even I explained him the tip, advise, and situation for defense but he seem to be not explai...ned, argued to the judge and prosecutor. I just wondering "Do you think the 5 feet and 100 pound women in druken could assualt the 6'2'' over 200 pound police deputy who enforced to hand-cuff her ? Also, I felt again that picking the wrong lawyer, because he told me different story everytime I met and see him like ( don't worry and big matter) top to bottom, make me no confident. I had a feeling that he is the person using the knowledge to seized the weak people by lacking of language, power and paid the money for useless. I really recomend not to use or hire this attorney for legal advise and he is no responsible, return the phone call after talking the money and lazy.
