He is a specialist with years of experience in the SSA disability field (he had even previously appeared before the ALJ who caught my case); he adapted quickly to the changes in the appeals process ...caused by the covid pandemic; he got to know my case by reading the material I had already submitted on my initial application so that I didn't have to explain it to him on the phone; and he always kept me updated on developments and responded promptly to my requests for information (primarily by email, which I prefer).
