Absolutely horrible! Don't know how well the lawyers would have performed because I couldn't get pass the secretaries. I was told by Lisa on Monday I would be cobtacted the same day by the intake coordinator Melissa so my case could at least get started. Never called me back. So I called Tuesday and ...then Wednesday and the same issue. She finally calls me today, Thursday, but of course I was in the doctors' office for an appointment. I called her right back and left ANOTHER message and of course "no call back"! I called and spoke to Patricia and explained my dilemma to her and she said "I could seek representation elsewhere if I wanted"...that's exactly what I'll do! The process to appeal a disability case is long enough but if you can't even get STARTED with speaking to the ONLY intake manager it's pointless giving them my money!!! Beware!
