Case was dismissed due to Jason Huh' malpractice
According the judgement from a Cuircit Court, we lost our case because of Mr. Huh did not file our legal complaint within 30days promtly. Now, the judgement clearly indicates that we do not have any right to appeal. Jason Huh failed to keep his ethically sworn duty.
I'm sorry the result was not what you wanted it. However, we made our argument regarding timeline and due process and the court did not agree. School decisions are always difficult on appeals since great latitude is given to school officials. I wish you well.

"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Jason for a number of years, and have sponsored him, pro hac vice, for some cases in the District of Columbia. From observing his pleadings and from observing the progress of the cases, I was impressed with his work."
