David focuses his practice on estate planning, probate, and trust and estate administration. His dedication to these areas stems from witnessing firsthand the significant impact of inadequate planning and a desire to guide clients through these critical processes with confidence and clarity.

Before joining MMBK, David honed his skills at The Ruddy Law Firm in Fairfax, Virginia, where he worked from 2014 to 2024. With over a decade of experience in estate planning, elder law, and trust administration, David is adept at drafting complex trusts and ancillary documents tailored to the needs of clients in Virginia. His expertise also includes navigating contested guardianship and conservatorship cases as a certified Virginia Guardian ad Litem (GAL). His professional journey is marked by a proven track record of delivering diligent service, building strong client relationships through expertise, empathy, and sensitivity.

David is a member of Wealth Counsel and actively participates in the Wills and Trusts and Young Lawyers Sections of the Fairfax Bar Association. David also serves as a presenter for National Business Institute (NBI) continuing legal education (CLE) seminars and regularly appears on The Probate Nation® television show, sharing his insights and expertise with a broader audience.

David resides in the Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria, VA with his wife, Alexis, two children, Yael and Levi, and dog, Zara.
