Yes, you can, but I believe you'll have to file in the jurisdiction where the child lives in AR (if the child lived there for at least six months)....

Of course you can. If you agree to a payment plan, I would make sure that they withdraw the suit or have some written plan for dismissing the case....

Probably not. It does indicate that the landlord has your 60 day notice.
