My wife and I had previously attempted a will using free software, but we never knew if there were mistakes or issues with it and I didn't know what to do beyond the document to make sure things would be easy on our heirs. Now that have two kids and a bigger estate, we hired Annie to help us upgrade ...our estate planning. She was easy to work with, to schedule meetings with her online tool, easy to submit information to using a detailed questionnaire, answered all of our questions we had in the initial meeting and in multiple batches through email as we filled in the questionnaire, and gave us our documents within a couple weeks. We went to her office to sign everything quickly. And she took care of the re-titling our house into the trust and gave us guidance on adding the trust to our financial accounts. Our legal insurance covered most of it, except a $350 fee that covered the property re-titling and maybe some office expenses. Previous quotes without legal insurance were a minimum of $1500, so we felt we got a great deal by signing up for legal insurance this year. No complaints and I'd recommend Annie to anyone. Thanks!
