Ms. Khan is the managing attorney at Mehnaz Khan Law, PLLC, and has been working in the legal field for over eighteen years in Northern Virginia. She is a graduate of The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. With extensive experience in Family Law, Bankruptcy and Immigration Law, most of her practice is devoted to litigation. She counsels clients throughout the Northern Virginia area in Federal and State Courts and has represented clients in the complex divorce matters, custody battles and support disputes. Her knowledge of military laws and the complex situations that military families face during these rough times has extensively helped her to achieve favorable results for her military member clients.
