Ashleigh Diane Landers

I grew up in Fairfax, Virginia after moving here as a child with my family—my father served in the Army, which shaped my sense of structure and discipline early on. I attended George Mason University, where I was elected President of Zeta Tau Alpha, and later earned my law degree from Florida State University.

I began my legal career as a certified intern prosecutor in Florida and continued prosecuting after returning to Virginia, serving in both Prince William and Fairfax Counties. Over the course of my career, I handled a wide range of serious cases, including capital murder, violent crimes, and cases involving child exploitation and digital evidence. That experience continues to shape how I approach my work today.

I take care to ensure that client understand the legal process and are able to participate meaningfully in their defense, particularly in cases where communication challenges or other factors may affect how they are perceived.

Outside of the courtroom, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family, including my two stepchildren and our two dogs.
