Wojtek Piotr Wilczynski

I would ask for Mr. Wilczynski’s help in any legal situation again. I also have recommended Mr. Wilczynski to a friend. When we first met I was very nervous, I had never talked to a lawyer before and I did not know how the court system worked. Mr. Wilczynski listened to my story and concerns with e...mpathy and explained with care every step that we would make. Mr. Wilczynski told me that it was his job to help me and take the worry of the legal part away and he did. If I had any questions, he got back to me quickly with an answer. When it was time to go into court he talked me through every step and what to expect. I felt taken care of the whole way. I never felt alone in the courtroom. There was a point that some judges seemed like they didn’t want to do anything. Mr. Wilczynski kept working the system and didn’t give up. It is almost a year since all this has happened and I have to say if it wasn’t for Mr. Wilczynski’s hard work, my family would have lost everything and more.

I am a victim of domestic violence. Not only is English as a second language, but I am not familiar with U.S. law at all. I started to process the uncontested divorce, I had no idea how to handle legal process to obtain a divorce or how to find a good lawyer. Since the first meeting with Mr. Wilcz...ynski, he always listened to me and could calm me down and he always gave me insightful, professional and helpful advice. He showed genuine concerns for me and my case all the time, and he made me feel like an important client. My ex husband has a lawyer in his family. Even though it was an uncontested divorce, my ex husband lied to the judge and he tried to complicate the case, and he accused me of stealing his money. However, Mr. Wilczynski, fought for my legal right over my ex husband's bullying. I had a very busy work schedule, and Mr. Wilczynski went out of his way to pick up documents from me at work. He was dedicated to my case sincerely and truly. I have never regretted hiring him. If I need legal counsel again in the future, I will definitely hire him. His legal service was really touching and moving. I am grateful for all of Mr. Wilczynski's works.

DO NOT HIRE HIM!! Wojtek's performance at my court hearing was a complete fiasco and an unprecedented disaster. His conduct and performance was a complete failure, a clear demonstration of his inexperience, ineptitude and deficiency. He sat helplessly pinching himself as some 70+ year old hag of an O...C completely outwitted and outmaneuvered him. Wojtek lacks any real experience, relevant knowledge, intestinal fortitude and zero aggression was very clearly demonstrated. Lacked any ability or willingness to fight for me and my children. It appeared that he rode the clock, only agenda was to make some quick easy money, quit, give up and not fight. FAILED to demonstrate any willingness, energy or dedication to my case. FAILED to convey how OC manipulated and twisted facts, how she carefully complicated every step of the process of my shared custody. FAILED to call into question the deception and lies spewed by OC. FAILED to exhibit or cite any credible medical records indicating a well-documented personal medical history. FAILED to exhibit credible evidence. FAILED to use a credible eye witness. FAILED to willingly coordinate with me about other witnesses and character references who were credible, and would have bolstered my case.; he actively sought to reduce and minimize my witnesses, again a move highly questioned by other experienced lawyers. FAILED to settle accounts, conduct and accounting review and reconcile for any remaining funds left from the sale of my house, motorcycle, firearms and other personal effects. I had repeatedly asked you about unaccounted money that needs to be settled. FAILED to question the judgement and dishonest legal maneuvering on 13 Nov 2015 and 10 Dec 2015, that even in my absence my property and belongings were summarily taken away from me. FAILED to negotiate for the return of my other personal items not sold. FAILED as you last act provide any support on appealing a decision made by a judge who is clearly predisposed against me, who is not just, is easily swayed by OC. Do NOT hire this guy, he will take your money, and do nothing or very little. He should be investigated for Ethical violations and disbarred.

I seldom write reviews but in the case of Wojtek, I am going to make an exception. This is a five-star review that is truly deserved. I came to the WPW Law Firm under dire circumstances. I am grateful for Wojtek; he’s an excellent attorney. He carefully weighs all the pros and cons and gives you ...the best guidance for your circumstances. You can never be 100% sure how a judge will rule but Wojtek gave me realistic options of what to expect. Having not spent much time with attorneys it was fantastic to find someone who was the complete opposite of the image I had in my head of an up-tight, condescending attorney who I had no idea if I could trust. Wojtek was incredibly knowledgeable and professional and I was delighted I'd found him. He couldn't have been more helpful or friendly and I really felt like I was in safe hands. Wojtek is extremely thorough with a meticulous attention to detail that made a huge and clearly apparent difference in court. He was on top of each detail and knew my case forward and back even though I was far from his only client. Wojtek never made me feel rushed or ignored. All calls and email were returned or replied to in a timely fashion and he answered each question in detail. I do not think I could have gotten through the last year of litigation without him as my attorney. No matter how flustered or frustrated I got with the situation he always listened and gave me sound advice. I knew that not only would he fight for me but especially for my children. He didn’t waste any time filing the necessary paperwork in the judicial system, and made sure I was kept apprised at all times of next steps. You can rest assured Wojtek will always have your best interest in mind. If you are looking for someone to take as much stress as possible away from what could potentially be a very difficult situation - I cannot recommend him enough.
