I worked with Mr. Zinicola when I began at the Public Defender's office in 2007, and have been friends with him since then. As an incredibly well-respected member of the defense bar, and founder of an incredible law firm, Mr. Zinicola is a well rounded attorney and skilled advocate. Where Mr. Zinicola is unmatched is in his communication skills. I have seen T.Z. take the most complex cases and communicate his client's side simply and clearly to the prosecution, the judge, or the jury in a way that seems effortless for him, but no one else could imitate. It is his inborn skill, but one he hones to perfection through preparation, knowledge of the law, and carefully working with his clients to determine the target outcome.
