Mr.. Gombos is the leader in Education Litigation. He is respected by USDOE in multiple jurisdiction. He avoids litigation if a mater can be settled fairly. When required to litigate he is a force to be reckoned with. His firm, Ritzert and Leyton spends a good deal time educating and training clie...nts in order to avoid issues with state and Federal education departments. We had some compliance issues in a post secondary school.
