Biography
Michael J. Shevlin is the principal attorney at Shevlin Smith, P.C., where he represents individuals and families in serious personal injury and medical malpractice matters throughout Virginia and Washington, D.C. For more than two decades, his practice has focused exclusively on advocating for people harmed by negligence. A Northern Virginia native, Michael earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1992 and has built his career around complex litigation involving catastrophic injuries, medical negligence, and wrongful death.
