I was referred to Mr. Murphy in 2008 by a coworker, who had previously used his services. I was initiating a divorce from my husband, and I had two young children, at the time, so my primary concerns centered around child custody. Mr. Murphy was excellent at educating me on the process of divorce a...nd what to expect. He assisted me in drafting a Marital Separation Agreement that my (now) ex husband and I were able to come to agreement in signing, just over a month after we initiated the process, allowing me to maintain primary physical custody of my children. In 2012, when I found myself in need of further legal advice over trying to modify child support, I appreciated that Mr. Murphy evaluated my situation before having me retain his services again; he wanted to ensure that I wasn't going to spend thousands of dollars to fight for hundreds of dollars in return.
