I hired this lawyer to represent me in a tenant landlord case appeal. The judge added up what he felt I owed the plaintiff and my lawyer forgot to make sure my 2400 security deposit was credited from this amount. I repeatedly requested that my attorney correct this. It was his error and he did not e...ven offer me the opportunity to pay him to fix the error. He said that the plaintiff's attorney assured him it had been credited. The whole point of having an attorney is to be defended against the charges/plaintiff. It cost me a 2500 retainer and then an extra 2400 for the loss of proper crediting of my security deposit. This was an error that could have been corrected he just did not care enough to do so. I could not afford to hire another attorney to correct his mistake. I would avoid this attorney. I am still stunned that he could not be bothered to fix his own error.

After reading all the reviews that he had, I said I will definitely give him a try. When I first talked to him over the phone he seemed very attentive..I was so impressed. After meeting him and telling him my situation..I went hired him. And every seemed all well. But when the was coming close..I wou...ld call and text and email and he wouldn't even respond back. Even tho court was months down the line..I had concerns. And if he is my attorney he should be able to address those concerns that I had. My case was and still is a very complicated one. As I mentioned to him before. We went to trial and I was so disappointed I felt that he didn't give his all. And we lost. I'm so hurt. Because this has to do with my children, im there mother. And above and all felt a low blow to stomach..with questions answered just want money but doesn't help at all..I would never recommend someone that is so phoney and fake to a parent that is going thru a custody case. You want someone sincere.
