After interviews with many lawyers for my case, I was pleasantly surprised how patiently Mr. Curtis listened to the details of my complaint without rushing to conclusions, even though it was long and complicated with many details. Once I finished, he explained several possible grounds for a lawsuit ...as well as options available and overall strategy. He reviewed what information I had, then clearly identified other data needs. I was rear-ended in 2015 by a driver who was uninsured, drove a vehicle not belonging to her, with a license plate belonging to another vehicle. Both vehicles were totaled and my car was driven into another vehicle in front of me. I suffered physical injuries in the crash and had a severe concussion... that lasted over a year and numerous injuries to my teeth that required significant dental work. I claimed the damages to my insurance carrier who paid for my car, but did nothing to help in the settlement of the claim under my Uninsured Motorist coverage for my medical injuries and pain and suffering through my recovery. Ken Curtis was very patient with me and very methodical and professional in his approach with the insurance carrier. They changed their legal representation several times and changed my claims adjuster 6 times. Covid shut down the courts for two years. After 7 years since the accident, Mr. Curtis was able to guide the case to a successful conclusion without having to go to court. I found him very competent, professional, methodical, and knowledgeable of legal requirements in the handling of my case. He spent more time and effort trying to overcome the incompetence of the insurance claims adjusters and its legal representation. The insurance carrier finally provided a competent attorney and claims adjuster to settle the case. I was pleased with the outcome and feel Mr. Curtis had my interests at heart from the beginning. I would HIGHLY recommend him if you need legal counsel.

I contacted Mr. Curtis to find out if I might be legally at risk based on a well intentioned action I had taken to confront a difficult work situation problem. Mr. Curtis promptly returned my phone call, listened very carefully to what I had to say, and asked important follow-up questions. He then cl...early explained why I was not at fault in any way. He contrasted that with what would have put someone in legal jeopardy if he/she had acted in a different way. Beyond that, he provided expert advice about other actions one could legally take to address the problem situation that I had presented. Ken Curtis actually became my attorney by default when the first attorney I consulted became ill. At first I admit I was a little leary, but he soon put my fears to rest. He was very professional, questioning me until he had covered all aspects of my personal injury claim. After reviewing the infor...mation I had given him, he personally went to the site of my injury and took pictures of where the incident occurred, interviewed all witnesses, and contacted the companies involved for pertinent information. He was always available to answer any questions I had and kept me fully apprized on the ongoing aspects of the case. He prepared me for what to expect at the deposition so that I felt fullly comfortable. with the process. When the attorney for the opposition continued to make assumptions that were incorrect, he clarified her misconception and we we able to proceed with the deposition without further misunderstandings. Even after the case was closed, when I needed advice for my daughter on another matter outside his area of expertise, he consulted other attorneys and was able to recommend some one who was able to help her. Would I recommend Mr. Curtis to s friend with a personal injury claim? Most definitely! In fact, I already have! On a personsal level, when he found out that I needed a Stem Cell transplant, both he and his wife offered to be tested to see if they were compatible donors. My husband hired Ken to represent me after a nearly fatal car accident that left me with siginificant physical trauma and a mind altering concussion.
