I hired Joseph langone for my divorce case. My first impression of him was positive. He answered all my questions and gave me answers to my concerns in regards to asset division and the court process. Once he started my case I noticed that he does not respond to many of my questions and during the ...entire divorce process I felt that he had not prepared himself adequately to defend my case.. Since hiring another lawyer would have increased my cost i decided to put up with it but sorry that i have chosen him. At the end i ended up with what i thought was unfair division of assets and had to settle since he required more money to go to court. To be fair i think divorce process is an arranged game that lawyers play to make more money. they know exactly whats going to happen most of the time and just try to extract as much money as possible. If you have a simple case he should be OK to hire but if you have assets you need to hire a much better lawyer.
