After reading an online blog about Reckless Driving in Fairfax Co. I found two positive reviews for Mr. Garrett Green. I then contacted the Law Office of Nichols & Green and spoke with both Mr. Nichols and Mr. Green as well as a member of their office staff. All three of these gentleman were most pr...ofessional. They first were able to make it so I did not have to apper in court, and then Mr. Green represented me at trial. The result of my reckless driving charge was reduced; not just to a speeding ticket but to only a " failure to obey a traffic sign". This was the best outcome I could of hoped for. My son was charged with underage drinking in the Alexandria court and Garrett worked out a deal with the prosecutor to have the charge dismissed with community service. Garrett also fended off other charges from being brought against my son that were under consideration by the prosecutor. My son ...was facing a loss of his drivers license and we were so relieved that he kept his license and is able to drive to work. We had the resources to hire the best attorney avaialable in the area. We shopped around and we did get the best with Green, but his fees were reasonable, if not underpriced. Garrett is honest, direct and delivered on truly exceptional represenatation. His fees are underpriced relative to what you pay for a top tier attorney, and he really knows the VA courts. The overall process from dealing with the paperwork to the actual court case was fairly simple and straightforward. This lawyer is very knowledgeable and is very "in the know" about the prosecutors in the Fairfax County courts which helped my case today. Highly recommended if you want serious represe...ntation for your case. Price was very fair. Only downside was lawyer was a little late for court (though I was warned in advance before my court date- and it didn't affect the positive disposition of my case). Bravo.
