At my initial consult, Mr Green was friendly and professional, and answered all of my questions. After negotiating the prosecutor down from 71MPH in a 50MPH zone to Failure to Obey A Highway Sign, we stepped into the courtroom for a few minutes, spoke with the judge, and the case was completed. The only thing I wish had been handled differently was to have my case continued to a date before the new law requiring first time DUI/DWI offenders to have an ignition interlock device installed in their vehicles. Still, Mr. Green at least fought to have this taken out. Hopefully, this experience will aid him in developing a solid argument to actually have this requirement removed for his future clients.

I was extremely happy with the outcome of my case. I was charged with Driving on a suspended Lic 3<10years. I could have faced jail time. When I first met Mr.Green outside the courtroom he told me "let me talk to the prosecutor to make sure we can strike a deal to your satisfaction." That was very p...leasing to me instaed of hearing, this is the best deal I can get for you. After speaking to the prosecutor, Mr. Green informed me that my Driving on a Suspended charge was dropped and as far as my charge was concerned, running a red light I would pay a $100.00 dollar fine. I am not trying to brag but Mr.Douglas is awsome Attorney I had -11 points on my record and he got me off. I would highly recommend Mr.Green to anybody going to court in Fairfax County. If you have been to Fairfax County Court before , you should knowthat they don't play around.
