Defense for reckless driving

Mr. Green is a defense attorney with Nichols & Green. I called up the firm because I had received a reckless driving charge from an officer in Fairfax. After a brief telephone conversation with Mr. Green about the incident, he agreed to take the case. I sent all the information about me and the case ...to him for trial. I didn't have to appear in court as he was my representative. Upon his advice I took the online traffic safety course to improve my points score at DMV. Mr. Green was able to reduce my charge to speeding after consulting with the prosecutor and the officer involved. The whole process was handled efficiently and professionally by Mr. Green and his firm.

Awesome experience

73 in 45. No extenuating circumstances. Spoke to Garry and he made me feel comfortable. He couldn't get me a favorable outcome at the first court hearing so asked for another date, where my charge was reduced to 54 in 45. Highly, highly recommended.

Very qualified excellent attorney

I needed a lawyer for a reckless 91/55. I assumed I would take a big hit for the ticket. Garret Douglas Green did a great job fighting for me, even the officer was impressed with his work. I ended up with a fine and points. I was facing jail time, suspension, and a big fine. Amazing work.
