Mr. Garrett Green has represented me in 3 of my cases so far last year. For my first case, he had another client in a different court around the same time on the day that I had to appear in court and could not make it. He had his partner step in to assist. I know Mr. Green works hard to ensure each o...ne of his clients get the best outcome and I was afraid I wouldn't get the same from his partner. I wasn't too happy with the plea deal and we had the case extended. When I did show up to court again, Mr. Green was able to make it and I knew I was in great hands! He was able to get a better deal and managed to do the same with my 2nd offense case. I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome! Sadly, I'll have to be reaching out to him yet again for a couple more cases, but I honestly don't know if any other lawyer would work for their clients best interests like Mr. Green does....I've consulted with other lawyers before him and don't get the same vibe. Wish I had gone to him for my DUI case though!

From time to time I get into some trouble with my driving. I have a heavy foot and I enjoy speed. This bad habit again gave me some issues with my Drivers license. I recently moved to the DC/VA area and had no idea there were highways in VA like the GW Parkway where the speed limit is 40 MPH. I was driving on the road for the first time and was ticketed going 29 MPH over the speed limit. In VA that's careless driving and can include jail time. I had a perfec...t driving record but thought the was NO WAY I would get out of the ticket. Garrett worked his magic with the prosecutor and had it reduced to 10 MPH over. Mr. Green was awesome! I've never gotten a reckless driving ticket before, never been to court and didn't know how strict VA was with these cases. They sent emails to let me know what to do and Mr. Green answered all the questions that I had. I basically just sat back and they handled the rest. I was... ticketed for 92/55 and ended up having the charge reduced to a traffic infraction and had to pay $250 + court fees. I would recommend him to anyone. He knows the system, experienced and he's a cool guy.
