There were a couple of times where I had calls into him that he didn't return. I never met with him until the day court and so I was anxious trying to figure out who he was. That's not really his fault as I live out of town, but what was frustrating is he told me I had to fly in to go to court and ...then was surprised to see me. I thought this should have been handled for me for the rate that I was paying. In the end I was reduced from a reckless crime to a massive speeding violation, but it was still worth a huge amount of points and I had to pay the max fine. Normally the level of responsiveness that I received would have irritated me to the level of getting a new attorney, but he was on top of everything else the whole way so it wasn't terrible. The things I wanted to talk to him about he had done already. I wanted to be sure to not have a crime in my record and he did that. If ever I have a problem I would work with him in the future. If ever I need a different kind of attorney I'd go to him. Although I did that too and he never got back to me. But I think I'd rather have that than some random referal just for the sake of giving me a referral. Where Mr. Green really stood out for me was whenever we would talk he'd give me all the time in the world. I never felt rushed. I never felt like I was waisting his time or in his way, which often happens when you pay a flat rate.
