Rowan was late in his appointment for 15 minutes, and he did not apologize. In the consultation, he was not able to give me accurate information, and called in his assistant, who quickly turned on her cell phone and started to find information online to read to me which did not go well and I was give...n contradicting information. In the end I was charged $300 for the "consultation". Rowan was extremely slow in speaking or any action, and was only clear when he told me that the fee will have to be charged.
