Donna L Biderman

We hired Ms. Biderman for a pretty simple estate plan. She has not delivered all of the work that we paid her to do, and has not answered our emails for months. I hired her based on the strengths of these and other reviews, and I'm sure she's a wonderful attorney, but it strikes me that she may just ...be too busy to satisfy all of her clients at this time.

I was very impressed with every aspect of my experience with Ms. Biderman, from start to finish. When I called her on the phone, she immediately remembered documents she had prepared for my mother who was a client of hers over 15 years ago. I was visiting Virginia from the west coast and had a very... small window of time available to take care of an urgent estate planning issue. Ms. Biderman came to the assisted living facility to meet with my mother and myself and quickly determined the best course of action for our particular situation. I loved the fact that she promptly responded each time I had a question. Her personal attention made the experience as pleasant as estate planning can be. Despite some unforeseen obstacles she was able to take care of business in an expeditious manner. I would highly recommend Ms. Biderman to anyone looking for a capable, attentive professional.

I can honestly say that Donna Biderman helped save my life. After graduating college I was deeply affected by my addiction to drugs. This led me to being charged with 5 misdemeanors in one jurisdiction and 2 felonies in another jurisdiction. Back in April of this year I had someone throw a firework at my vehicle and when I drove around the person they ended up chasing me and almost caused me to crash, I let it go and didn't call the police thinking it was just some young and dumb kids but 3 hours later I had a state trooper come to my ho...use because the person who threw the firework ended up accusing me of throwing it at their vehicle filled with kids. When I heard that a family was in the vehicle that threw the firework I knew it was a slim chance of the court believing that a 22 year old was the victim so I hired Donna. Since I hired her she did everything in her power to prove that I was innocent. Within an hour of me hiring her she went to the scene of the incident and found the firework with me because the trooper wouldn't take it the night it happened. Once we brought it up in court she fought for me stating that the state trooper tried to road block me by not picking up the firework or taking pictures of the vehicle. That helped defend my case, on top of that she actually tested if the testimony given by the other person was correct that I was driving 25mph and threw an object at their vehicle. We found out that it is physically impossible because the object wouldn't go past by front hood at that speed. After doing all this she convinced the person to drop the charges which kept my record clean and she also helped guide me in the expunging process.
