Brendan Daniel Harold

I hired Brendan to help me during a scary time with a domestic situation. I was very intimidated by the whole legal system and afraid no one would believe my side. I had a less than satisfactory experience with another less-expensive attorney, whom I realized was costing me more in the long run by ...wasting my time. Brendan was recommended to me by someone who used his services before. A little higher priced than I had hoped for, but as they say, you get what you pay for. It was a complicated case, as the person I was trying to get protection from had been filing false retaliatory cases against me and there was a long history of evidence and events. Brendan off the bat was very direct, organized with what information, evidence he wanted from me, and it kind of forced me to get myself organized, which was difficult because it triggered a lot of trauma and anxiety trying to recall events. It was a bit of a learning curve for me understanding what was pertinent to the case, so when I was going off the rails, he very directly got me back on track so that I'm not wasting valuable lawyer fees on things that won't help my case. That being said, I may have not been the easiest client to deal with but he remained professional and empathetic . Most importantly, when he is in the court room, you get the feeling that he is "about business" which made me feel I was in good hands. We won the protective order. Subsequently, when the other party side filed an appeal and retaliatory protective order against me, we won again.

I had to aquire an attorney at the last minute the day before a trial against a neighbor. Mr. Harold accepted my case just before 5pm the day before my court case, and needed a lot of information before we appeared in court at 10am. Mr Harold prepared for my case overnight, and was at the courthouse ...before 10am to discuss our case. Mr. Harold did an outstanding job representing me and my family, and won our case against the defense. With so little time, he was prepared and ready to go. I would highly recommend Mr. Harold for anyone who needs representation in a courtroom!

I had my first ever (and hopefully ONLY) run in with the law, by being charged with “reckless driving”, although it was not my fault… After researching for a good attorney to represent me, a friend attorney recommended Brendan, by saying “He is my go-to lawyer, for this kind of cases” Indeed, when ...I met him at his office, he walked me through the entire process until I felt comfortable, especially since anything like that, has never happened to me before. On my hearing date, he spoke to the Prosecutor, on my behalf and got the charges dropped! I highly recommend him!
