About Benjamin
Biography
My legal career has been exclusively about litigation. Initially as an insurance defense attorney and general practitioner. During my years as a civil defense attorney, I learned much about the defense playbook. Over time, My interests and practice shifted primarily to representation of injured workers and those injured due to the negligence of others. My experience with defense work has been very helpful in determining case values and litigation strategies.
What is most enjoyable about my practice is helping others. The legal system is not engineered for prompt resolution of disputes. That function therefore must rest upon the attorney, and not all are equal. Good results require prompt, thorough, and accurate case evaluation and a strategy for resolution. Implementation of the strategy is best achieved by joint and coordinated efforts of the attorney and client. The simple rule that I have always followed is to handle the case no differently than I would want it handled if I were the client.
